SocInfo 2013 will take place in Kyoto, Japan. Kyoto is an ancient capital of Japan and served as the emperor’s residence from 794 until 1868. Recently, Kyoto is one of the most popular cities in Japan especially for sight-seeing, and holds a UNESCO world heritage site “Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto,” which consists of famous temples, shrines, and castles. Spring and autumn are the most beautiful seasons in Kyoto, where visitors can enjoy cherry blossoms and autumn leaves at historical places.
